We are hiring
Design Engineer II – Customer Drawings - Australia, Malaysia or Thailand
Your strength
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or comparable qualification) with relevant experience
or technical training with several years of experience in design or medical technology
Hands‐on experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for 3D modeling and drawings
Basic understanding of medical technology or engineering principles
Robust analytical and problem‐solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work cross‐functionally
Structured, reliable, and detail‐oriented working style
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NAV, SAP) is a plus




Good English skills; German is a plus
Your contribution
Create and revise technical drawings and 3D models for patient‐specific solutions
Evaluate technical feasibility of customer‐specific requirements
Develop solutions considering technical limitations and regulatory requirements
Maintain project data in the internal workflow system (EDS)
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Projects teams
Ensure timely and high‐quality delivery of customer drawings
Support change processes and contribute to continuous process improvements
Participate in cross‐functional projects, meetings, and customer interactions
Support training of recent employees and knowledge sharing
