Hours:
Note the store trades Saturdays and occasional Saturday support may be needed.
About the role:
You'll be working across pawnbroking (pawn & buy), retail, online sales and day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced environment where every customer interaction matters.
Bringing a high level of customer service, smart business acumen and confidence to create win win solutions for customer and the business.
Job responsibilities include:
Serving customers (sales, online enquiries, buying items & pawnbroking loans)
Researching prices,



making pricing decisions and negotiating deals
Keeping the store clean, neat and tidy
Stock preparation (cleaning, formatting and testing items)
Uploading stock to online sales platforms
Preparing and sending postage

Robust attention to detail

A police check must be completed before starting employment
Experience:
We are looking for someone with leadership and management experience.
Ideally in sales, customer service, or pawnbroking industry.
Pawnbroking can be demanding, with a wide variety of items and customers every day.
The ability to think quickly, find solutions, make deals happen, and build repeat business are all highly valued.
