We have a long track record of offering high-quality skilled advice to private, corporate and institutional investors across Australia.We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team in Sydney, supporting a modern Microsoft 365 / cloud-first environment.This role will see you working closely with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality end user support in a team-oriented, team-based workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 / Level 2 support (onsite and remote)Troubleshoot desktop, application, and endpoint issuesAdminister Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)Manage Microsoft Teams administrationPerform user onboarding and offboarding in Azure AD (Entra ID)Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissionsSupport endpoint management (Intune) and device complianceMaintain endpoint security using Microsoft 365 / E5 capabilitiesDeploy and support laptops, desktops, and peripheralsAssist with system rollouts, upgrades, and migrationsLog and manage incidents in the ticketing systemWork within a team-based IT support modelProvide support to users across the business,



including senior stakeholders and business leaders.Skills & Experience3–5+ years in Desktop Support / EUC / IT SupportStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft 365 (M365), Microsoft Teams, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune / endpoint managementUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 E5, including security, compliance, and identity capabilitiesBasic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environmentExperience with Trend Micro / Trend AV or similar endpoint security tools (desirable)Experience supporting multi-site environments (desirable)Experience with device rollouts or migrations (desirable).
