CONFIDO INVESTMENTS PTY LTD About the Role We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide hands-on care and daily support to participants in line with their individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised, high-quality support with daily living activities, including personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Assist clients with routine household tasks, meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining a clean and protected living workplace Support mobility, transfers, and the safe use of mobility aids and equipment Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, and community access programs Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing Support participants in achieving their individual goals by encouraging independence in daily activities Build and maintain positive relationships with participants based on trust, respect, and empathy Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities Follow individual care plans and report any changes in client condition, behaviour,



or wellbeing Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and incident reports Work in accordance with NDIS standards, organisational policies, and workplace health and safety requirements Skills & Requirements Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related field (preferred) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in disability, aged care, or community support Robust communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current First Aid & CPR certification or a willingness to obtain National Police Clearance Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (preferred) About Company HEED WA is a disability support provider delivering person-centred services to individuals living with disabilities.
