Centrecare Aboriginal Mental Health Worker role supports CAFS in community and Banksia Hill Detention Centre.
You will provide social, emotional, cultural and mental health support to young people and families using a case management approach.Based in East Perth, you will work within a multidisciplinary team, maintain case notes and reports, and engage families to promote wellbeing and cultural connection.
This role is dedicated to First Nations communities and requires ongoing commitment.
