We're looking for a customer‐focused and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team across our East Albury & West Albury clinic.
This is a Full‐Time or Part‐Time position offering shifts from Monday‐Fridays between 7:00am and 10:00pm, as well as scheduled weekend shifts.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.
Responsibilities
Greeting patients and visitors at reception
Scheduling appointments across a range of modalities (e.g. X‐ray, MRI, Ultrasound)
Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care
Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers
Qualifications
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Previous health‐care experience

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can‐do attitude
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‐paced environment
