Protech is currently seeking experienced and reliable Civil Plant Operators and Pipelayers to join our team working on various projects in Adelaide.
We have multiple opportunities available for skilled operators and civil workers looking to secure ongoing work with a leading workforce provider.
Positions Available
Excavator Operators
Loader Operators
Skid Steer Operators
Roller Operators
MR/HR Truck Drivers (Water Cart, Tipper & Dump Truck experience desirable)
Pipelayers
Key Responsibilities
Operating civil plant and equipment
Excavation, trenching and earthworks
Pipe laying and drainage installation
Conducting pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance
Following site safety policies and procedures
Working effectively within a team workplace
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in civil construction
Current White Card (obtained through face‐to‐face training)
Relevant RII nationally accredited plant tickets and licences (preferred)
Demonstrated experience operating civil machinery relevant to the role
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Reliable, motivated and physically fit
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Minimum two recent contactable work references
Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
