The Role
We're looking for passionate and ambitious Bartenders to join the team at Le Royale.
Working alongside some of Brisbane's most accomplished cocktail bartenders, you'll help deliver an elevated beverage experience centred around exceptional cocktails, premium spirits and unforgettable hospitality.Casual prospects are available, offering * hours per week.
This role will suit someone with:




Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume, quality-driven venue
Confidence preparing both classic and contemporary cocktails with speed, precision and consistency
Robust knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines and non-alcoholic beverages
Excellent communication skills with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems during service
A positive, team-first attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
High attention to detail, organisation and cleanliness behind the bar
RSA Certificate required
Availability to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
