About the roleThe role is part of the Registration and Licensing division and is based at Ballarat Customer Service Centre.
The successful candidate will deliver registration and licensing services, providing skilled customer service around the counter, on the telephone, and in writing.Key responsibilitiesDeliver registration and licensing services to customers in a timely and courteous manner.Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints in accordance with policies, procedures and guidelines.Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary and suggest improvements to service delivery processes.Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets and participate in team activities.Provide training and support to less experienced staff.Serve as the first point of contact,
