This full-time on-site position offers opportunities for career growth and a values-based environment dedicated to high-quality aged care.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.Act as Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.Work in a protected manner to protect yourself, colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.QualificationsCurrent AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.Robust clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process,
