Working knowledge of the Victoria Planning Provisions and the Planning and Environment Act , with statutory or strategic planning experience across government or consulting (mandatory).
Understanding of government policy, particularly transport and land use, and knowledge of processes for progressing budgets, plans, policy, regulation and legislation (mandatory).
