We supply, service and hire forklifts and warehouse equipment across mining, logistics, transport, warehousing and industrial sectors.About the RoleYou'll support our workshop, field technicians, customers and suppliers to keep our service department operating efficiently.
Your day will include scheduling technicians, communicating with customers, organising parts, processing paperwork and assisting our sales team with customer enquiries.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer enquiries by phone and emailSchedule servicing,
