We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Mobilisation Admin to join our internal Trades and Labour team.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‐term career within the recruitment and resources industry.
Experience in mining recruitment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to a team of recruiters
Assisting with mobilisation of candidates for FIFO and local positions
Prospect to assist with blue collar recruitment drives
Document control and compliance management
Organising site inductions, booking flights and accommodation if required for candidates
Managing and communicating professionally with employees and clients
Answering incoming phone calls




General administration duties as required
The ideal candidate should have:
Robust administration skills with high attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Highly organised with solid time management skills
Professional approach when working with employees and clients
What we can offer:
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
$70,000 pa + superannuation
Adelaide Terrace, Perth office
Weekly Pay - Every Monday

1x WFH day available per week once fully trained and up to speed on systems and processes
