About the Role
As a Lift Installer, you'll work alongside an experienced installation team, assembling and installing recent lift systems from the ground up.
Every project offers something different, providing a varied and rewarding role where you'll develop highly specialised skills in one of Australia's most stable industries.
If you're new to lift installation, you'll receive structured on-the-job training and ongoing support from experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Install and assemble new lift systems to company and industry standards.
Install mechanical components including guide rails, lift cars, doors and associated equipment.
Complete electrical wiring and fit-off work where required.
Assist with testing, commissioning and handover of completed installations.
Work closely with supervisors, builders and other trades on site.
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within project timeframes.
About You
You're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality workmanship and works well as part of a team.
Ideally you'll have:
Experience as a Lift Installer;
or
A trade qualification as an Electrician,
Mechanical Fitter, Fitter & Turner or similar trade.
Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
The ability to read technical drawings, or the willingness to learn.
A robust commitment to workplace safety.
A reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
A current driver's licence.
Previous lift industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
