Job Description
Working alongside our Director of Culinary and Head Chef you will assist the culinary team with daily operational aspects of the kitchen and related outlets, from buffet breakfast to Pumphouse Bar and restaurant to in‐room dining and function services.
What Will You Be Doing
Prepare and ensure availability of mise‐en‐place as required.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of high‐quality dishes.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
Ensure stock is rotated, stored, and labelled correctly.
Qualifications
If you are adaptable and like working in a busy high‐volume kitchen then this is the team for you.
What We Are Looking For




Commercial cookery qualification: Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
Ability to work well in a team workplace as well as autonomously.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with strong communication skills.
