We lead through innovation in our product's performance technologies, our originals fashion, and our commitment to developing and growing the company's most important asset: our people.ResponsibilitiesManaging, engaging, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.Monitoring and analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment.Being a role model and leading the team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers' expectations.Guiding and training all team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.Coordinating team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‐Store Communication standards.Coordinating team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‐to‐floor process.Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.RequirementsSolid retail sales background with a proven track record in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a quick‐paced environment.Experience in retail leadership in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.BenefitsA competitive annual salary, retail bonus scheme, and adidas employee benefits are also on offer to the successful candidate.
