Job DetailsEmployment Type: CasualLocation: Mercy Place, * Queen Street, Colac VIC ResponsibilitiesProvide secure and effective clinical support to elderly residents, including medication administration and personal care assistance.Work closely with registered nurses, personal care assistants, residents, families, and allied health specialists to ensure individual care meets residents' needs and respects their dignity.Contribute to the development and implementation of personalised care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical orders.Monitor residents' health and well‐being, and report any changes to the healthcare team.QualificationsCurrent enrollment as a nurse (EN) registered with AHPRA.Demonstrated competency in medication administration.Police record check (or in process of obtaining).
Prior experience working in aged care (desired).
