The business is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our hospitality team on a full time basis.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customersProvide friendly and productive bar service, including counter and table serviceOperate point of sale systems and process customer payments accuratelyMaintain bar presentation, cleanliness and hygiene standardsAssist with monitoring beverage supplies, replenishment of stock and stock control activitiesEnsure responsible service of alcohol practices are followed,



including checking customer identification where requiredRespond to customer enquiries and provide qualified customer serviceSupport front of house operations and work effectively with other hospitality team membersAssist with opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning and restocking of the bar areaFollow workplace health and safety, food safety and venue proceduresRequirementsMinimum 12 months' relevant experience as a Bar Attendant, Bartender or in a similar hospitality roleCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateExcellent customer service and communication skillsExperience operating a point of sale (POS) system and handling cash transactionsAbility to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environmentAvailability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysEmployment ConditionsCompetitive salary plus superannuationRotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysOpportunity to work in a well-established regional hospitality businessSalary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year excluding superannuationHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter outlining their relevant experience and suitability for the role.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
