If so, this is your chance to be part of something special.We're looking for a Crèche Team Member to join our team at ROAR, providing care, play, and supervision for children while their parents enjoy their workout.WHAT YOU'LL DOCreate a protected and welcoming space where children can play and have fun.Engage with kids through games, activities, and storytelling.Ensure a high standard of care while following health and safety guidelines.Support parents by providing a trusted childcare option during their workouts.Live the ROAR values—bring positive energy and make every interaction meaningful.WHAT YOU BRINGExperience working with children (childcare, babysitting, or similar).
A warm, friendly, and engaging personality.Robust communication skills—with both kids and parents.A team player attitude and a proactive mindset.Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).




A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Availability to work Monday to Saturday shifts with flexibility—mornings & evenings.WHY ROAR?
