About the Role
You will play a vital role in supporting our residential aged care manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.
Day to day responsibilities
Work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters
Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding
Provide prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
Proactively manage the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales
Lend a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake
Provide guidance and mentoring to Administration Officer
Maintain all record management systems
Support the residential aged care manager in their daily tasks
What we expect from you
A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally)
Proven ability to work to deadlines and in a rapid‐paced workplace
Solid computer and data skills
Previous experience in aged care (ideally)
Previous experience in rostering (ideally)
