The role focuses on delivering quality workmanship for servicing vehicles in a timely manner while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will service, diagnose and repair vehicles within manufacturer specifications as part of a collaborative, high-performance team.ResponsibilitiesService, diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and timeframes.Deliver quality workmanship and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Diagnose faults using up-to-date diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems.Communicate effectively with team members and customers to facilitate efficient service delivery.QualificationsCertificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a dealership and/or prestige automotive environment.Strong diagnostic,
