Role: Educational Leader – Diploma Qualified
Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week OR Part-Time 30 hours per week
Pay: $ - $ (qualification and experience pending) + Educational Leader Allowance $2.68 per hour additional.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Work closely with the centre leadership team, lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Qualifications
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Strong understanding of inclusive practices that support all children to be included within their educational journey in line with best practices and legal requirements
Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
