As a Sales Associate,



you will work closely with a Lead Agent supporting the day-to-day sales process while actively contributing to lead generation and buyer management.Conduct prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunitiesManage buyer enquiries and maintain ongoing client communicationAssist with open homes, inspections, and campaign supportBuild and nurture relationships with buyers and vendorsSupport the end-to-end sales process from listing through to settlementMaintain accurate records within CRM systemsAssist with database management and pipeline growthLearn and develop across all aspects of residential salesMinimum 2 years+ experience as a Sales Associate within real estateStrong confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generationExperience managing buyers and building client relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic with a proactive and driven attitudeAbility to work within a fast-paced, target-driven environmentCertificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (NSW)Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicleFull working rights in AustraliaExperience working within a high-performing sales teamStrong local market knowledge within Ryde and surrounding areasConfidence supporting campaigns from open homes through to settlement
