What we offer
$70K–$75K base + super
Uncapped commission
Earn 1.2%–3.5% of annual premium
Hybrid (Tues/Thurs office), more if you enjoy the office buzz
Adaptable rotating roster between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday (optional Saturday)

Utilise solid product knowledge and expertise to best advise members
Handling objections without hard-selling
Own your own inbound pipeline, speed to lead matters
Delivering consistent daily output
What we're looking for
12+ months of experience in health insurance sales or solid relevant experience.
Insurance comparison experience ideal.
Can build trust quickly and handle objections like a consultant
Move with urgency, you don't sit on leads
Are comfortable being heard and challenged (open culture, no egos)
PR or Australian Citizenship
Ability to pass police check + 2 references.
