Scotford Fennessy is partnering with a leading mining operation in the Pilbara to source experienced Process Operators for their state-of-the-art crushing and ore sorting facility.

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee and manage your designated section of the plant to ensure safe and productive operation.
Complete thorough equipment and area inspections within required timeframes.
Carry out cleaning tasks and minor maintenance duties as needed.
Use small mobile plant to assist with clean-up and general operational support.
Detect and report any equipment or process issues requiring preventative maintenance or repair.
Identify hazards, address them where possible, and escalate when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in mineral processing or crushing operations
Exposure to control room operations is a bonus.




Understanding of isolation and permitting procedures.
Current WA driver's licence (HR highly regarded).
Tickets for mobile equipment such as loaders, forklifts, or EWP will set you apart.
Confined space and working at heights certifications are advantageous.
A proactive attitude, strong safety mindset, and ability to work well in a diverse team.
Experience with large wheel loaders (CAT 980) is highly desirable.
