As a Technical Security Officer at ASIS, you will be part of a specialised team who work to ensure the security of our people, assets and operations from technical threats, espionage and compromise around the world.
AIS is Australia's foreign intelligence collection agency.
We collect and distribute secret foreign intelligence, information which would be otherwise unavailable to Australia, to protect Australia and its interests.
We obtain this intelligence from foreign sources, outside Australia's borders.
To do this, we rely on what we call "human intelligence" - information that comes directly from people.
If there's one secret we can reveal about our work - it's that we're always on the lookout for current skillsets and specialties to add to our team.
