Aalia, part of the prestigious ESCA Group (home to Ito 1 Hat, Nour 1 Hat, Lilymu, Joji, and more), is a 2-Hatted fine dining Middle Eastern restaurant in Sydney.
We are seeking experienced runners or expediters to join our rapid-paced, award-winning front-of-house team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-calibre fine dining setting and gain exposure to elite service standards.
About the Role
As a waiter at Aalia, you will:
Provide attentive, refined service in line with our fine-dining concept.
Guide guests through the menu and deliver professional beverage service.
Work seamlessly with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure a polished guest experience.
Maintain Aalia's reputation as a 1-Hatted dining destination.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a fine dining, Hat-awarded, or Michelin-starred restaurant.
Strong organisational and time management skills.




Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
