Auto Classic BMW is looking for a full time Service Receptionist to join our team.
As a Service Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our luxury dealership.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Scheduling appointments for service and repairs
• Maintaining accurate records of customer information and service history
• Providing assistance to service advisors and technicians as needed
Requirements:




• Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative in the automotive industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
• A customer-focused attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service
