Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Chef to prepare, produce and present all foods to standard recipes under the guidance of the Head Chef/Restaurant Manager.
You will help deliver a superior customer experience while maintaining food safety and HACCP compliance.You will audit stock, minimize waste, and contribute to menu planning and rostering with a focus on grooming, health & safety, and teamwork.
The role requires flexibility to work all hours to run F&B; operations.
