You'll act as the key link between clients and the internal construction team, helping maintain the builder's solid reputation for service and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client communication from contract stage through to handover
Coordinate updates, documentation, and approvals
Work closely with construction, admin, and prestart teams
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the build
Handle queries, variations, and general support tasks
