About the Role:
As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, decorating and presenting a wide range of pastries, desserts and viennoiserie products.
You will ensure all products meet quality standards while complying with food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organised work workplace.
Requirements:
A relevant Certificate III or IV in Patisserie (or equivalent qualification)
Experience in viennoiserie (preferred)
A minimum of one year of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and food safety standards
Ability to operate ovens and monitor baking processes, including temperature control
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
Reliable, organised and detail-oriented approach to work
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required
Salary and Advantages:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience)
12% superannuation
