Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workato Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations and automation workflows using the Workato platform.
The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to automate processes, integrate applications, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy integrations ("recipes") using Workato
Develop APIs and connectors to integrate enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud apps)
Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability
Implement error handling, logging, and governance best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams
Maintain documentation for integrations, workflows, and reusable assets




Key Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML
Experience with cloud applications (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft 365)
Basic programming/scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
Understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, and error handling
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have
Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for integrations
Knowledge of security, authentication (OAuth, SAML), and API management
Workato certification
