With a strong pipeline of work and continued business growth, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their cooperative Perth team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work client-side, managing projects from concept through to completion while partnering closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver exceptional results.
The Role
Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects across a diverse portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring successful delivery against programme, budget and quality objectives.
Coordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholders throughout each stage of the project lifecycle.
Managing procurement, tendering and contract administration processes.
Monitoring project budgets, forecasting costs and managing project variations.
Preparing project reports, meeting minutes and key project documentation.
Managing project risks, statutory approvals and compliance requirements.




Building robust client relationships and contributing to repeat business and future opportunities.
About You To be successful, you will ideally have:
Experience in project management within a client-side consultancy, construction, property or commercial fit-out environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid commercial awareness and an understanding of project financial management.
The ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional organisational skills.
A current Australian Driver's Licence.
