The Customer Service and Dispatch Agent will support the growing business of Alex Fraser, a leader in delivering recycled building and construction materials.
This role is based in Derrimut and will help coordinate the dispatch of recycled concrete, aggregates and road base products.Key responsibilitiesAnswer and manage customer calls from Victorian and Queensland customersConfirm orders and respond to general enquiriesAllocate trucks to the schedule, coordinating up to 50 trucks per dayWork closely with Transport and Logistics teams and Key Account ManagersUse internal software to co‐coordinate dispatch activitiesMaintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel and OutlookQualifications and skillsHigh‐level numeracy and solid Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent communication and customer‐service skillsAbility to develop product/industry knowledge quicklyStrong presentation,
