The Salesperson will engage with residential and commercial prospects, conduct consultations, and present tailored solar and battery solutions that align with customer needs and budgets.
Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on inquiries, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.




The role also involves explaining technical concepts in clear terms, coordinating with the installation and operations teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems.
The Salesperson will represent DMG Solar & Electrical professionally, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to achieving sales targets while promoting renewable energy adoption.Qualifications Solid sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing abilities.Experience or solid interest in solar, battery storage, or broader renewable energy solutions.Ability to understand and communicate technical information in a transparent, accessible way.Proficient in basic computer and CRM tools, with solid organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a skilled and consultative approach.Previous experience in field sales, electrical or energy-related industries is highly regarded.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for on-site consultations.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
