Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and issuing invoices
Payment recognition and updating customer accounts
Assisting customers over the phone with inquiries and order support
Releasing orders for processing and delivery
Correspondence with the warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintaining accurate administrative and customer records
Any other responsibilities assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative, office, or customer service role preferred




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive organizational and time-management abilities
Basic understanding of invoicing and payment processes
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer systems
Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office applications
Australian work rights required
Certificate or Diploma level qualification required
