Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal/Commercial Lawyer to join our team either on a part time or full-time basis.
This is a role located in our offices in Mornington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal assistance, drafting, advice and services to our clients on a diverse variety of work, including SMSF and related trust deed reviews and a variety of commercial matters, along with some litigation files.




The role would suit both an experienced Paralegal looking to further their career into legal practice or a 2nd or 3rd year lawyer looking to gain more knowledge and experience in a more relaxed workplace.
There will be a defined career path available to the successful applicant.
Qualifications and prerequisites:
Demonstrated document drafting experience
Solid knowledge of commercial law and legal principles
Knowledge of superannuation laws and SMSFs would be advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
Strong research and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant postgraduate qualifications in law or equivalent
Experience in a similar role
Valid Practicing Certificate (for lawyers)
Salary to be negotiated, commensurate with experience.
