1st Year Apprentice Chef
to join our growing kitchen team.
This is an chance to learn from experienced chefs in a rapid-paced, modern hotel where quality food, teamwork and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.
You'll complete your
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
This would suit someone who lived locally to Bonnells Bay
What you will learn includes but is not limited to
· Knife skills and food preparation
· Cooking across a up-to-date pub menu
· Various cooking techniques
· Food safety and kitchen hygiene
· Stock rotation and kitchen organization
· Time management in a busy environment
· Working as part of a professional kitchen team
What we're looking for




· A genuine passion for food and cooking
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Reliable, punctual and hardworking
· Ability to work split shifts including evenings and weekends
· Great communication and teamwork skills
· No experience necessary just enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
