Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd is seeking a Wellbeing Support Worker for the Staying Deadly Headspace program in Deception Bay, QLD.
You will work with care coordinators and a multidisciplinary team to holistically support clients and promote recovery.You will provide psychosocial support, remove barriers to services, conduct home visits, and engage with families and community networks to improve emotional well-being in culturally protected ways.
Training and peer support are provided.
