Customer Care Consultant
We are looking for an approachable and organised Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal support within our Portland Trade Store.
Acting as the face of the business, you will bring friendliness and effective communication over the phone, in person and over email.
This role offers exposure to all aspects of providing fantastic service within a trade store.
Comfort with lifting moderate loads is a requirement.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone and email.
Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
Maintain a clean, well‐stocked, and visually appealing shopfront.
Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or retail settings is highly regarded but not required.
Positive and transparent customer service manner – both verbally and over email.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Good physical fitness; comfortable lifting moderate loads.
