They specialise in commercial and industrial projects ranging from $6M-$70M and are on track to deliver another record year.
Current projects include a
$20M warehouse development
, a
$60M retail project
, and a
$70M mixed-use retail development
, providing excellent long-term project security.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an
Estimator
to work directly with their Pre Contracts Manager.

Key Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Previous experience as an Estimator within a commercial construction main contractor
Experience pricing commercial building projects
Exposure to D&C; projects will be highly regarded
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
CostX experience is advantageous but not essential
