Kitchen Assistant – Casual (Regular Daytime Shifts)
The Opportunity
Rawlicious Delights is a growing Perth-based manufacturer of healthy raw treats, supplying major retailers, cafés, and health-conscious customers across Western Australia.
We are looking for a reliable, productive, and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our production team in Caversham.
This casual position offers regular daytime shifts every Thursday and Friday, with up to 16 hours per week.
This role is ideal for someone seeking consistent work hours, a supportive team environment, and a workplace focused on producing high-quality healthy products.
Key Responsibilities
Follow daily production schedules to ensure products are prepared efficiently and on time
Assist with food preparation according to established recipes and procedures
Label, pack, and prepare products for distribution
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment
Clean and sanitise equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
Rotate and restock ingredients and packaging supplies as required
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of product quality and consistency




What We're Looking For
A reliable and punctual team member who can be counted on to attend every scheduled shift
Someone who takes pride in working efficiently and maintaining high standards
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, food production, or food preparation environment
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed
Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is advantageous but not essential
