What we are looking for
Experience in fine dining or hatted restaurants
2+ years of professional kitchen experience, ideally in a premium à la carte environment
Passion for quality produce, local ingredients, and creative presentation
Self‐motivated, skilled, and detail‐oriented




A team player who thrives in a fast‐paced environment
Well‐presented and punctual
