We are seeking a talented individual to join our Recovre team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Brisbane, Cairns or Rockhampton.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
Build trust with clients and collaborate with all stakeholders.
Identify hurdles to return to work following illness or injury and collaborate to problem‐solve, plan and achieve protected and sustainable recovery and independence.
Work in a multi‐disciplinary team and share your expertise with others.
Conduct thorough assessments including vocational, pre‐employment, activities of daily living, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
Manage case management and reporting.
Travel to clients with versatile work‐from‐home and office base arrangements.
Qualifications
Full ASORC membership or AHPRA registration.
Preference for Rehabilitation Counselling experience.
