The Role
You'll be the key point of contact for both renters and rental providers, delivering a high level of service while confidently managing your portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with renters and rental providers through regular communication
Manage rental arrears proactively




Conduct routine and final inspections with detailed reporting
Coordinate repairs and maintenance efficiently
Prepare and lodge tribunal applications when required
Ensure compliance and smooth day‐to‐day portfolio management
What We're Looking For
Current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
Strong time management and organisational skills
A proactive, solutions‐focused attitude
Someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service
