You'll diagnose connectivity issues, configure modems/routers, and guide clients through NBN types, DNS and Wi‐Fi setups while coordinating any onsite visits when needed.Ideal candidates have solid home networking knowledge, patient communication skills, and experience in ISP or IT support.
