HammondCare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join the Home Care Clinical Care & Practice team.
You will assess needs, set goals, deliver treatments and support older adults to stay active at home while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.You will work across home-based, community and Seniors Living settings, maintaining high standards under AHPRA regulations and HammondCare values.
Hybrid work arrangements are available and travel between client homes is expected.
