Total Ag Solutions is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our Cowra workshop.
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the workshop, leading a team of technicians, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the workshop.Lead, support and mentor workshop staff.Schedule and coordinate repairs and servicing.Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Work closely with the Parts and Service teams.Maintain workshop productivity and quality standards.
About You
Previous experience in a workshop management or leading hand role.Solid mechanical knowledge, preferably within agricultural, construction or heavy equipment.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to lead a team and manage competing priorities.Commitment to workplace safety and customer service.
