This role is responsible for servicing the clients who come to the branch counter.
The incumbent will build a thorough understanding of each client's financial requirements and will focus on providing best services to retain and build deeper relationships with clients.
Main Duties
Assist in developing and generating sales opportunities with both recent and existing clients to drive business growth and expand the bank's product and service reach;
Assist in promoting and selling a full range of banking products to maximize client value, meet their needs, and align with their financial capacity;
Provide valuable service and assist in resolving customer complaints to build long-term trust;
Assist in conducting loan underwriting & credit analysis by collecting customer information and financial assessments;
Assist in preparing loan proposals and contracts/disbursement;
Assist in monitoring overdue loans and following up in a timely manner;
Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory standards.
Skills / Experiences
Junior or senior student
Proficiency in English
