We are seeking a motivated Junior Shop Assistant to join the team at Granbergs in Bibra Lake, a specialist retail store dealing in knives, watches, firearms, and related accessories.
This role suits someone with strong customer service experience who is keen to develop skills in a unique retail environment, with additional exposure to digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and general in-store support
Assist with point-of-sale (POS) transactions
Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory organisation
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism
Support compliance and safe handling procedures under supervision
General retail duties as required
About You




Previous customer service experience required
Interest in retail
Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Requirements
National Police Clearance (NPC) – mandatory
Must be eligible to obtain a Firearms Licence (required for store licensing compliance)
